Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with clients and collaborate with the creative team to achieve our client’s goals
  • Offer strategic direction and project execution methods to clients
  • Manage multiple projects at once across all departments (Copywriting, Graphic Design, and Development)
  • Demonstrate what Versa Creative has to offer to prospective clients in presentations and meetings

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in agency account management a plus (please provide valid references)
  • Experience in marketing or advertising, including merchandising, print, point-of-sale materials, and online (websites, email marketing, etc.)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and clients at once in a team setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Public speaking
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus

Client Service - Specialist

Being a Client Services Specialist at Versa is a vital role in helping us land new business. You will be responsible for typing up polished and professional proposals for review to be sent to our clients using your superb writing and communication skills. You are the liaison between prospective clients and the Versa team, innovative and detail oriented at all times. Why? Because you help excite our clients by working behind the scenes to present them with polished campaigns and opportunities.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and evaluate requests for quotes and work with internal teams to obtain pricing and determine time frame for project
  • Prepare flawless new business proposals and presentations for potential clients to be reviewed by members of business development
  • Demonstrate through creating presentations and other various ways what Versa Creative has to offer in a way that suits each given client’s specific needs
  • Bind portfolios for new business meetings/attend them
  • Enter potential client info into the CRM system and update information as needed
  • Research and help develop improvements within the proposal writing and client onboarding processes
  • Manage onboarding process with internal team through creating project briefs, scope of work documents, and preparing assigned project hours through Versa’s task management system
  • Periodic meetings with strategy, account management teams, and others as needed
  • Offer general support to strategy, account management, and executive teams as requested
  • Assist with internal Versa events and attend networking/client events
  • Manage one off and small scope client accounts and special requests
  • Oversees Versa partnerships

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area preferred
  • Strong team player that thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Detail oriented with great organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skill
