Copywriter

The Copywriter is tasked with creating purposeful and strategically sound written content for a wide spectrum of digital and traditional mediums, including blogs and social media. A part of their job is to ensure all the content they create and review is grammatically sound and carries an impactful message. They are also responsible for posting and maintaining content on social media platforms and responding to comments and messages which includes reputation management efforts. Copywriters are also key members of the creative team. While working closely with the Design and Strategy departments, they take it upon themselves to create powerful concepts for various marketing and advertising efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide quality written content for a number of assets, including but not limited to social media posts, social media ads, digital ads, websites, blogs, e-blasts, print media, outdoor advertising, TV/radio scripts, press releases, branding (includes rebrands) content, marketing campaigns, business development efforts, and client presentations
  • Thoroughly proofread personal and peer assets, making corrections and offering feedback
  • Brainstorming creative ideas to further benefit marketing and advertising efforts
  • Write in various modes and voices
  • Collaborate with other copy team members on projects
  • Create advertising campaigns for diverse clients and industries
  • Posting for and maintaining social media accounts
  • Monitoring and responding to social media comments
  • Monitor and respond to messages on social media
  • Monitoring reviews for clients with reputation management
  • Responding to negative reviews based on client preferences
  • Occasionally responding to positive reviews
  • Provide reputation management reports, if needed
  • Collaborate with the design team to streamline efforts and create results-driven content
  • Occasionally attend off-site / in-office client meetings

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any writing-related major
  • Qualifications: 4 years of experience required
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • A professional or academic writing portfolio
  • The ability to thoroughly proofread and offer constructive feedback
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is tasked with creating visual and impactful designs for a wide spectrum of digital and traditional media. In an effort to achieve creative goals, they will stay in close communication with the Art Director while collaborating with all internal teams to create purposeful content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proving quality design assets, including but not limited to social media posts, social media ads, digital ads, websites, blog posts, e-blasts, print media, outdoor advertising, storyboarding, branding (includes rebrands) content, marketing campaigns, business development efforts, and client presentations
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines
  • Critiquing designers work in a team setting
  • Helping create and brainstorm for sitemaps
  • Creating concepts by studying information and materials
  • Maintaining day to day clients
  • Collaborate with other team members on projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Staying relevant in design trends, techniques, website design trends and all design software in order to stay efficient
  • Be detail oriented

SEO Specialist

The role of an SEO Specialist would be to create and launch SEO campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and attempts to improve the clients’ sites’ rankings in major search engines. Improve the number and quality of inbound links to clients’ websites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct keyword research and selection for SEO projects based on client needs
  • Place keywords appropriately in copy to gain most search engine traffic
  • Working with copy department to develop compelling result driven content, including providing focused feedback
  • Develop strategies to deploy content on all digital channels to maximize results
  • Strategize ways to gain useful inbound links to client websites
  • Compile and present SEO performance reports
  • Provide ongoing support of all SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion and performance improvement
  • Completing smaller writing-based projects as needed, such as reports or recommendations
  • Utilize basic programming and web design skills to enhance SEO
  • Monitor SEO results/issues for all clients
  • Be up to date on the latest industry trends, technologies, Google algorithms, and anything that’s related to SEO.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
