WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
In the event that there has been a request for your private information, there are a few things that you can do:
Be sure that the request that you have received is for a legitimate job that is being offered at Versa Creative.
A simple way to confirm this is by visiting the Careers Page on our website, linked here https://versacreative.com/careers/. If you are still uncertain, feel free to give us a call at (832) 838-4728 and we will clear up any misunderstandings as quickly as possible.
REPORT THE FRADULENT REQUEST TO US.
Please report any suspicious activity to our team and we will work diligently to make sure that nothing like this happens again. In your report, please include as much information as possible so that we have a clear understanding of what is being requested of you. Documentation that provides the fraudulent email address, phone number, or the job boards that were used will be extremely helpful in resolving this investigation. All information can be sent to info@versacreative.com.
CONTACT YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
Protecting yourself is crucial in instances of fraud. We suggest submitting all pertinent information to your local authorities as soon as possible. The FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center is also a great resource to report an incident of Recruitment Fraud. They will inquire about your basic contact information, whether or not there has been a financial exchange, details about the entity that is requesting your information, and further important details about the encounter. You can contact the Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.
